I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started the life coaching session with Ayleigh. But immediately I felt relaxed, relieved and most importantly heard.
After struggling for the last few years in relationships with low self-esteem, a sense of abandonment, and co-dependency. I have been able to, with Ayleigh’s coaching, understand myself better and the way in which I react in certain situations. I am able to be more accountable for my actions and not take on a victim mindset. I am also now able to understand my triggers and what my values are and what they mean to me. Ayleigh has also given me the tools which have helped me work on my fear of flying and how to manage being in big cities as crowds could sometimes always be very overwhelming for me.
