How I Coach

I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals. 

I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. 

I provide personalised Positive Psychology based coaching. Each session is designed to support you in making steps towards achieving your goals and living your desired life. I am here to help you to reach your full potential, while improving both your well-being, relationships and/or career performance.

FOCUS: Coaching is mainly present and future focused, but we may briefly touch on past experiences in discussions if it will help you move towards your desired end. We also look at your mindset, actions, and behaviours and how they link to you achieving your goals. We will focus on using your strengths to support your strategies and work through any blocks that may arise.

Personal & Professional Empowerment


I integrate a variety of tools and exercises to help facilitate your learning.

Techniques such as adding creative processes, and physical activities may also be offered to support you in in achieving your desired goal. These may include drawing, use of action plans and structure, visualising and physically moving.

I will always discuss this with you beforehand and only suggest exercises I feel would be of value to you.

- I am always completing psychology-based courses and training for continuous growth, enabling me to expand the tools and techniques I can provide in sessions

- I am fully insured to coach and working towards an ICF and EMCC Masters Accreditation.

NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their thoughts, feelings, language and behaviour. We focus on your inner communications (made up of images, sounds, words and feelings) to understand an individuals state and behaviour.

As someone who is currently training to be accredited in NLP (with multiple diplomas previously completed in this field), I understand how habitual thought processes are structured and how to access them through conversation. This allows me to support you in re-writing outdated programs, so that we can switch off autopilot and you can start living the life you desire.

It has been argued that coaches with an understanding of NLP are more likely to have successful clients due to the expansion NLP provides in coaching practice.


Positive Psychologist use theoretical grounding and scientifically supported techniques to improve both individuals personal and professional lives. Applied Positive Psychology is the scientific study of optimal human functioning. It aims to discover and promote the factors that allow individuals and communities to thrive. The positive  psychology movement represents a new commitment on the  part of research psychologists to focus attention upon the  sources of psychological health, thereby going beyond prior  emphases upon disease and disorder. ​ ​What is good about life is as genuine as what is bad and therefore deserves equal attention from psychologists. It assumes that life entails more than avoiding or undoing problems and hassles.

  • Coaching is not a place for someone else to ‘give you answers’ or tell you what is right for you.

  • It’s also not a ‘therapy’ or intended to directly treat mental or physical disorders.

  • I do not support victim mindsets; I believe you have all the answers inside of you and you can do, be or have anything you desire (if you make the necessary shifts in perception and actions).

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU: The sessions are fundamentally all about you, so you have control over what we focus on and where we go!
