CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Cancellation of Sessions & Rescheduling Policy

I do understand that sometimes a pre-booked session needs to be unavoidably cancelled. I would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Once I have confirmed the cancellation, you will be able to reschedule on the online booking calendar for an alternative date. A great deal of time, planning, thought, heart, and energy goes into preparing for and being present for our sessions together. Any non-attendance or cancellations made less than 24 hours before will result you being charged for that session as if you had attended. In this case, rescheduling will not be possible for that missed session. Any lateness will be included in the booked session time, meaning that time will be lost. There are no exceptions to this policy (unless there are technical difficulties). In turn I hold myself to the same standard and promise to honour our appointments and be on-time. I will always give you 24 hours’ notice if I am ever required to reschedule (highly unlikely and rare scenario). If I ever break this rule, I will provide you with a complimentary additional session.

 

Matters Arising & Value-Back Guarantee

I aim to be as helpful as I can throughout this process. If at any point you feel that coaching is not meeting your needs, or you have any suggestions that could help to improve your progress, please let me know and we can discuss any changes that need to occur. The value-back guarantee means that if you are not satisfied, tell me as soon as possible and we change the sessions so that they will give you the value you paid for.

Offering refunds has proven to make clients feel less invested, both physically, emotionally, and financially. Clients who are highly invested in the process and genuinely want to change their lives are the ones that get the best results. This is why I do not initially offer refunds; we need to start the process prepared to commit to making this change. You must be invested in this process even when you are having a hard day or when stopping seems tempting because that is how you will get the results you desire!
